Great garden! Didn't expect to have our own private garden, so cozy and peaceful. And the location was awesome, just a quick walk to all the main attractions and sights in the city. Loved being able to easily explore Venice without any hassle. Plus, the apartment itself was nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay for me and my partner.

The guy who helped us find the place charged us an extra fee that we weren't expecting. It felt like a rip-off, especially considering how expensive everything else is in this city.

The apartment at San Marco Garden House was cozy and comfortable. I loved the bedroom with its soft and inviting bed. The living room was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring Venice. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals.

I didn't particularly like the electric kettle in the kitchen. It just didn't suit my taste, but others might find it convenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to museums and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. the view from the living room overlooking the canal, with gondolas and singers passing by, was a joyful experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. the courtyard was a beautiful and comfortable spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a candlelit dinner. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen.

The shower in the bathroom was extremely small and the water temperature was temperamental.

Mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the garden had a lot of mosquitoes, which led to some discomfort and allergies for my family.

The location was mind-blowing, super central yet quiet, just a short walk from major attractions. The courtyard was jaw-dropping, with a romantic garden and a Hollywood swing. The air conditioning was much needed and quiet, keeping us cool in the hot weather. Franco and Giusi were extremely helpful, pointing out restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen including a microwave. Excellent value for money. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and the staff, including Coretta, were helpful and made us feel at home. The courtyard was beautiful and perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and candlelit dinners at night. a perfect experience, especially for dog owners. Can't wait to come back!

For the price we paid, our stay at San Marco Garden House was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was unbeatable - right in the heart of Venice, with a gorgeous view of the gondolas passing by. The staff, Giusi and Alberto, were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast selection could have been better.
